The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a delicious breakfast served in a charming dining room. There was a minor inconvenience of not having a phone in the room for room service. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was easy to find and situated in a charming medieval town. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious and I especially enjoyed the continental breakfast in the lovely dining room. The staff were also very pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, the room, although small, was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.
There were a couple of aspects of my stay at this hotel that I didn't particularly like. I arrived on a Sunday and found a check-in envelope with no interaction with any staff members until breakfast, and even then, it was just a brief encounter.
